We are happy to meet with you and discuss your needs and wants. We are also happy to provide a complete plan of treatment to address all your concerns.



Payment Options

We accept cash, debit card, and credit cards including American Express. We are pleased to offer afterpay to new and existing afterpay users.

We do not have a surcharge if you use a credit card. We no longer accept cheque payments.

We accept all health funds including HBF, BUPA, HCF, NIB, CBHS, AHM, Medibank Private, GMHBA, Australian Unity, and Defence Health.




Unpaid Accounts

Please be advised our terms of trade include full payment of the treatment provided at the end of your appointment.

If you are unable to settle your account we offer direct debit plans to fulfill your financial commitment to us.
Otherwise, we charge 5% interest on outstanding debts every two weeks.

While we try our best to be understanding about every situation, please be advised we forward all outstanding debts to a debt collector as a last resort.
