At your first appointment, we will make sure to take time to get to know you and listen to your needs carefully. To allow us enough time with you, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete a new patient form. We will usually ask if you would like us to request your records from your previous dentist/s.

Please bring with you:

  • A list of any medication or health supplement you are taking, prescribed or otherwise
    • If you are in any doubt about your medication, please bring the bottle or packet(s) to the practice to show the dentist.
  • Your private health fund membership card, if any
  • Your Department of Veterans' Affairs card, if any
  • Your Medicare card, if you are coming in with your child for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule - please let us know when booking your appointment
  • Details of your previous dentist/s in the last 2-3 years, if any
  • Details of your preferred method of contact - SMS, email or telephone
  • Your current denture/plate, mouthguard or splint

Although we are extremely flexible; if you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we would require a call from you at least 24 hours before the appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you.

We are pleased to accept payments by cash or credit/debit cards. We also offer HICAPS to allow instant claiming from your health fund. This means you only pay the gap amount (the difference between our fee, and your rebate).

Please bear in mind we have a 'Pay on the Day' policy, which means we require settlement of the account immediately following your appointment.

If you are accepting complex treatment, we would require a deposit to cover initial set up and lab costs incurred.

Should you be unable to attend please note our policy regarding late notice cancellations and missed appointments here:
